... and consists of a collection of brain cells which, based on simple rules, can live, die or multiply. depending on the initial conditions, the cells form various patterns of opinions throughout the population of neighbors.
the generation game rules are very close to those from Conway's artificial life simulation, with one addition: the cells' history. cells that would simply die in "Life" are only getting older in "Generations". they cannot give birth to new cells, but they occupy the space of the lattice, thus changing the rules radically.
